This year has been one of many changes all across the board. We started 2014 with the Qualified Mortgage and Ability to Repay while experiencing lower volumes in the origination market. In the mean time, we saw the agencies requiring more changes to QC reporting methodologies and trending tools. It really felt like winter for many of us in the QC world. However, there is always a spring season after a harsh winter. Although the worst is not over yet, we believe that 2015 should be more a more stable year for the industry.
For us at QMS, 2014 has been a year of change and adaptation to the new rules of the game. We invested a great deal of effort in our MARS technology and our reporting capabilities. We hope to see the benefits of our hard work and commitment to the industry this coming year.
